"Alleluia" is a perfect introit for a majestic opening to a morning service or may be used as the opening of a concert with singers positioned around the sanctuary/auditorium. Originally composed for women's voices, this SATB score may still be used for SSA/SAA or SAT by simply omitting the bass part. Approximately one minute in length, the choir may sing through the piece in the back of the congregation/audience, then proceed to the front while the piano or organ plays portions or all of the piece, and once assembled, the choir may sing through from the beginning or doing second repeat which goes to the Coda.
